Find a doctor

Quickly verify the information about your practice or refer patients to in-network providers to minimize their out-of-pocket expenses.

Find a doctor

Our online provider search allows you to quickly verify the information about your practice and the networks you participate in. You can also use it to ensure you refer patients to in-network providers and facilities to minimize their out-of-pocket expenses.

Members can search for a doctor, dentist, therapist or facilty, and get results that are personalized to their networks and benefits. They can:

  • Search by name, specialty or condition
  • Compare providers, review quality information and read reviews of doctors
  • Get driving directions and provider contact information

Provider performance ratings

Our authenticated member website and Regence app now feature provider performance ratings to help members identify high-performing, high-value, in-network providers. Performance ratings are based on objective, third-party data and analytics, as well as health plan claims data, and evaluate physicians based on a comprehensive evaluation of evidence-based medicine (quality and appropriateness of care) and cost efficiency.

  • For members, higher-rated providers appear at the top of search results, although results can still be sorted according to their preference, such as by distance or name.
  • For physicians, these ratings showcase your commitment to quality and value, helping connect you to patients who will benefit most from your expertise.

Verify your practice information every 90 days

Accurate provider directories are essential for members to use as a resource tool in making informed health care decisions and for receiving timely access to care.

Federal legislation requires health plans to establish a process to verify and update provider directory information at least every 90 days. Providers are required to have in place processes to ensure the timely provision of provider directory information to support our compliance with these requirements. Accurate provider directory information is also a requirement for compliance with CMS, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and your agreement as a network provider for Regence patients.

Note: Providers whose contract status has lapsed for more than 30 days must resubmit an initial credentialing application. Not having an active practice location is considered a lapse.
