New agent onboarding and appointment capabilities coming later this year

May update

In last month’s Producer News (below), we shared our plans to update our agent onboarding and appointment capabilities this year. We also mentioned a blackout period that will be required for successful transfer of data to the new system.

The blackout period will be from June 23 to Sept. 13, 2025. During this time, agent appointment and onboarding will not be available, but starting mid-September, there will be enhanced functionality to onboard even faster.

All other functionality in Producer Center will be operational during the blackout period, including commissions payments and reporting.

We will provide you access to comprehensive training before the new system launches to ensure you can begin using it when it goes live.

We are committed to supporting you and your staff and ensuring business continuity during the blackout period. Please work with your account representative for help with any questions or requests you may have.

April 29, 2025

As we announced in 2024, we’re adding new self-service workflows in Producer Center to optimize our commissions payment processes and reporting functionality.

Our new, enhanced system will integrate industry-leading technology powered by trusted industry partner SAP. It will deliver to you and your staff more control to initiate and actively manage your business with us, access enriched reporting and easily track your commissions payments. The new system integrates multifactor authentication for enhanced security and accommodates registration for administrative staff who may manage commissions and reporting for your firm.

To enable a thorough and accurate transition to the new system, we will temporarily pause agent appointment and onboarding for approximately 60 days later this summer. All other functionality in Producer Center will be operational during the blackout period, including commissions payments and reporting.

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the blackout period. Meantime, we encourage you to consider onboarding new agents as early as you can.

During the blackout period, we will provide you access to comprehensive training to ensure you can begin using the new system when it goes live.

We are committed to supporting you and your staff and ensuring business continuity during the pause. Please work with your account representative for help with any questions or requests you may have.
